* All sales are final. Once money is exchanged we consider the sale final. A reciept is available upon request. * We only accept cash and postal money orders for payment. * We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any person at any time. * All visitors will be gave plenty of time to examine the rabbit before sale. If you do not feel the rabbit meets your standards you may back out of the sale anytime before money is exchanged. * We never guarantee any rabbit purchased will meet show quality, we do strive for quality but alot of that is in the eye of the beholder. * Hand sanitizer will be provided for every guest and is required to be used prior to touching any of our stock. No exceptions! * We ask that all pedigrees be reviewed before you leave. If you have any questions or concerns about them please ask us. * Due to the fact that we own 3 indoor house dogs, visitors are never allowed inside our home. This is for your safety. We love all our animals and we prefer to be cautious in this matter. * Any rabbit purchased from us may be returned at any time, without refund, with no questions asked. * We kindly ask that everyone who plans to purchase a rabbit please research the proper care the animal needs. We will answer any and all questions to the best of our ability. Knowledge is the best thing we can all have.
